How long is the processing time?

It takes between 3-5 days for processing.

How do I track my package?

When your package has shipped you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and website to tracking your product. Note: It may takes 24hrs to see the tracking information

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes, if you would like to change the shipping address for your order please contact us by email richann@enrichenterprisestore.com and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.

Can I get refund?

Yes, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed and fulfill within 20 minutes of the order being completed. We can cancel an order at no charge if we are notified within 15 minutes of your order being placed. Please send an email at richann@enrichenterprisestore.com
